8-11 (Team Motiv8)
Kids will acquire fundamental skills that are the cornerstones of all future athletic development. Early exposure to physical preparation is key in assisting adaptation as kids grow and develop. An emphasis is placed on developing the ABC’s of athleticism – Agility, balance, Coordination & Speed in a fun, challenging environment.
12-14 (Team Dedic8)
Movement skill coordination and refinement at this stage can make or break the athlete!! Strength and power will be developed to support athletic movement and increase potential by bridging the gap between the pro-lead sessions in the weight room and the playing field.
15-18 (Team Xceler8)
Training focus and intensity is heightened as competition stakes increase. Athletes will be exposed to the full spectrum of Xceler8 Performance training systems that has produced consistent results for Collegiate & Pro’s athletes for years.
