CHAMBERFIT (GROUP)

Success is where opportunity meets hard work. Our “boot-camp” style classes will provide you with the opportunity to train in a world-class atmosphere with cuttingedge technology and sweat-inducing workouts to overhaul your body.

CHAMBERELITE (SEMI-PRIVATE)

Our semi-private, or small group training guarantees an athlete-to-coach ratio of no more than 3:1. All our clients receive individualized programs based on the results of an initial one-on-one assessment.

CHAMBERMADE (PRIVATE)

One-on-one personal training at The Chamber will have you matched up with one of our certified trainers, educated in customizing a work-out designed to target your specific needs. Our trainers have combined certifications that place them as some of the best in South Florida, training a variety of professional athletes in all of your major sports, football, basketball, baseball, hockey, soccer, tennis and more.


HIGH SCHOOL & YOUTH SCHEDULE

Due to inevitable growth spurts, youth athletes are fighting a constant battle to control the ever-changing lengths of their limbs. They cannot be trained like “mini-adults” and expect to gain the same results. You wouldn’t build a 2000 sq. ft. house on a 1000 sq. ft. foundation, yet coaches continuously try to build speed, strength and power on kid’s frames when they do not have the foundation in place to support it.

We strongly believe the key to a young, developing athlete’s success lies in the application of appropriate training stimuli, linked to natural growth and the maturation processes. Our Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model attempts to balance
